been toying with the idea of getting back into skating after 15 years off. there are no stores within 2 hours and i was hesitant to order online. however thanks to the great customer support and phone call regarding my concern for fit, i was able to order a different size. 1 weeks and i love them already need to order parts. still breaking in, and waaay more comfortable than I remember skates being. I tend to need narrow shoes, and these skates are said to be a wider bbot, but still fit well.
