Great Skate. Easy wear though, June 21, 2019  By Andrew (Denver, CO)
Handles like a charm. Tight turns, good frame, comfortable fit. I have a narrow foot and size 12 which seems to cause instant wear or enormous blisters. I've already worn out the buckles a bit trying to get these guys tight enough (plastic peeling). Ran over a homeless guys bed the other day and scuffed em a bit easily sliding on my knees too. Like all things Italian they are made well but the plastic is super wearable (e.g. Scala). I love them to death for handling and maneuverability though. The wheels they come wit wear down a bit fast but drivers in my city do dumb things like slow down to 1 mile an hour or wait for you to come from one stop sign to the next 2-3 blocks away just to be on the 'safe' side. I power slide or power stop 6-7 times on my commute. Treat these guys with care and you'll like them too. Might last me a year if I keep running over homeless guys.
   Roces X35 3 x 110, June 20, 2019  By Anonymous (Sacramento, CA)(Verified)
Just got the X35s. I don't have exceptionally wide feet but I do have some extra bumps from years of skiing, skating, and sports in general. I skate 2 to 3 times a week. These feel great right out of the box. I bought size 13. I wear a 12.5 or 13 US shoe, depending on brand. My exact measurement is between 30.0 and 30.5 in the Mondo system. But, with the added width, I generally wear a 13 shoe. Only skated with the X35s a few times so far, but they are the most comfortable I've had straight out of the box. I think K2 is supposed to be best for wide feet, so don't just take my word for it. But, these skates felt really good. They say Roces is a bit on the tighter side, but that wasn't my experience. I have the Rollerblade twister x in a 13 and powerslide next in a 13. Both feel super tight even after a year of use. I like them both, but they are a very "performance" fit. The Roces still feel solid but give me a bit of extra room around the toe area. Only area I felt rubbing a bit was up near where the ankle connects. In short, I've been really happy with the Roces x35 so far and would recommend them as a great urban skate.
