Dude, these are the bees knees! After years of using the standard cuff buckle, I decided to give these a try and I'm glad I did! Fits like a glove, has mad amount of flex without restraint like the standard cuffs gave. I'm gonna order a another set for my classic thrones! Thanks again Hirt and RW for holdin me down since day one! Always dependable and great prices!!

I have had problems with buckles breakin, being to bulky or just being wack looking. These straps are very strong and make it easier and faster to put my skates on. Plus they look way better than any buckle. These straps will most likely out live your skates and I love that the company is blader owned and operated. Everyone must try these out!

For years I had loathed the decades old technology of hard inflexible bootstraps. They broke, they ruined my liners and they dug into my shins. When I heard that these were coming along, I waited card in hand until they were available. I was blown away by the difference these straps made in the comfort, flex, performance and even appearance of my blades. I'm still using my first pair, though they've outlasted the first skate I had them on. I wore them on my gens, and now my Remz Nils. These are hand made by a blader, and you'll thank me later.

Great alternative to cheap buckles that break frequently. They look like they will last a long time and the velcro holds very well.
Only downside I have is getting them as tight as I like my skates. I will note that i wear size 7 remz so this may be a factor too.
