i felt like i had tons of control with this skate although it was really tight on my arches and the inserts weren't great. I ended up putting in some new inserts because of how much the stock ones hurt.

These skates are the shit.. Nothing wrong with them except the liners.. Switched them out for my old OS3 liners cuz the tongue remains in place.. Doesn't take much to break in though.. Grooves are perfect for skating rails and ledges.. Aren't too heavy for me since I wear a pretty small size.. Overall a pretty good skate.. I'll recommend it to anyone.. A lot of my skate buddies skate remz and they all vary in skill so its an all around well constructed skate
