UFS Thrones are great!, December 30, 2013  By Jorge Gonzalez (Rialto, CA)
I loved these skates! Skated them with the slimlines, but used moonshine anti-rockers with them. I do not have one complaint about these skates. I hope they don't discontinue this boot any time soon. UFS Thrones are one of the best skates ever made period.
Awesome skates, March 18, 2013  By Frankie (Davie, FL)
Great pair of virtually indestructible skates. Great support with out sacrificing to much flex. This skate does run pretty narrow. I suggest taking the liner out and simply tie the laces on the shell as tight as possible. Leave it like that over night and the shell should not feel as tight.

real solid skates. they do run narrow, so stay away if you have wide feet. if you don't have wide feet, then hell...go for it lol these skates are comfortable once broken in. they feel indestructible on gaps and feel epic on grinds.

Fantastic skates, January 5, 2013  By Stephen (San Diego, CA)
I haven't skated in over ten years. I decided to get back into it with these.

Pros: Outstanding liner, very comfortable and super supportive. Liner tightens with its own locking lace system, so the outer shell can be worn looser allowing a more custom riding style. The frame is outstanding and build for people who like to ride flat. I do long distance rides, so rocker set up just doesn't cut it for me. The boot is light and offers a tight fit. Ideal for people like me with long narrow rabbit feel, not ideal for people with troglodyte feet. Bitchen sole grind plates.

Cons:
Buckle system could use some refining, my 1998 Roces were easier and smoother to use. Cuff padding did not break in that quickly, I'd suggest dirt biking socks for the first week. Again, could be tight for people with wide feet.

All-in-all these are brilliant skates, they work well for street, exercise, and vert. You get your moneys worth in these.
Back to flat, November 2, 2012  By Jesse (Las Vegas)
First time skating flat again and really liking it and these skates. These skates are super fast, and the slimline frames go a long way in keeping you from sticking on grinds with a flat setup. Just watch out if you have wide feet as these skates are noticeably narrower then my past skates (TRS, classic thrones, razors)
