Sturdier material than the 1.0's, better soul shape and material, do take a while to break in due to the longer lasting materials the skeleton is made of. Ultimately it slides with the smallest effort and the boot area is very comfortable when fitted snug.
2.0 skate review, August 30, 2015  By MeDi@ (bronx, NY)
Same flow but different feel. The skates feel more natural with a 1.0 soul plate for some reason. I didn't like the 2.0 soul plate with the 2.0 cuff. It felt I little too wide. These skates feel good as a Avant setup as well. Maybe im different or I have "basketball sneaker foot".... Skating was great. I used my old foot wraps. My setup was the 2.0 cuff with the 1.0 soul plate, volkreis straps and ground control 3 frames. The 1.0 soul plate felt a lot better than the 2.0. Its just slower. The bolted cuff is great for negatives, mistrials and royal tricks or grinding period. Heel roles was a little harder because the cuff can move back and forth, so you lose that stiffness. Didn't do any spins or gaps. (Sorry!). lol. I was riding the 1.0 cuff with the 2.0 soul plate and that skates well. In conclusion, this skeleton worked for me with the 1.0 soul plate. The ankle straps might need a little work(????). The 2.0 soul plate is a little faster but wider in width. The 2.0 cuff gives you more of a ninja like feel than the 1.0 cuff. The 1.0 cuff is more stiffer for gaps and heel rollers. Would recommend 2.0 cuffs to experience skaters or for power blading at any skate level.
Good but..., June 7, 2015  By Anonymous (Lawton, OK)
Be very careful of the small bolt receivers. Do not over tighten or the receiver (the metal part that the bolt threads into) will strip out very easily. It's nothing too hard to fix or replace just a pain they didn't use stronger metal for parts that are meant to be adjusted and tweaked with trial and error. I'll probably buy some low profile headed bolts and nuts the same thickness and put the nut on the outside of the skate so it doesn't screw into my foot or create any pressure points.
Great skates!, May 28, 2015  By Anonymous (guayaquil)
Very good skates! excellent for powerblading setup. I would recommend these skates and rollerwarehouse any day. One advice, take your time in adjusting these skates to your style before hitting the streets
Great skates in many ways, August 3, 2013  By Chris (Los Angeles, CA)
After skating these 2.0 for awhile, I can say the comfort of these are amazing compare to the previous ( 1. 0 in my case the stockwell pro model). The comfort is a great, it has better material , great forward and backward flex. The space of the 2.0 where the foot wrap sit feels a little bigger i manage to use other shoes other then the foot wrap thats fits. The only problem with these is the cuff bolt. After a few sessions , they tend to come off. I lost a bolt on my 10th session. I replaced the bolts with the usd throne model bolt and they sit in alot tighter then the 2.0 stock bolt.
