This by far a very solid skate, and by solid I mean it weights like a few bricks. It is important to mention that I am being extremely biased as I had Deshi Carbons (the white ones) before this skate. However the ankle support in this skate is far superior and the skate itself has a very stable feel. Like Razors this skate has a heel lift. In general, if your leg muscles have not given-up on you from using light skates.. then I definitely recommend this skate, like I said, it's very stable and supportive; solid. If your looking for a light skate however, I would definitely tell you to look elsewhere.
