Nice construction. Easy to customize. They weigh about 2 ounces each. As I start to age and pass the mid 30 mark, I need shock absorption light, soft and responsive (similar to Nike, Jordan, Adidas insoles). Theses pads where a bit too heavy for me and stiff on my knees.
