|Everyone knows computers are cool and that they really help run a business more efficiently. However, we hate it when a computer answers the phone! We promise our customers that a live person, actually a live SKATER, will answer the phone when you call. We try to answer every call within 3 rings. If it's really busy, like during the holidays or back-to-school, you might get a busy signal. If so, just call back in a minute or two and you should get through.
|When we spend money, we want the stuff NOW! We think you probably feel the same way, right? Every order we take before 2:00 PM California Time will ship out the same day if everything is in stock (that's 5:00 PM Eastern Time!). Orders are shipped Express for about $7.75 on a 4 pound order. Each extra pound is approximately 50 cents.
|Anytime you order something over the phone, there is going to be a small chance it's not what you wanted. Of course we always do our best to make sure we get you exactly the right thing but maybe the the color just doesn't work for you once you get it on. Or maybe it fits a little different than what you thought it would. DON'T SWEAT IT! We will take back any item that is in brand new condition (unused, not washed, etc.) within 30 days of the purchase date. Just call up and we will give you a return number. We'll even let you call on the 800 number! Try that with the other guys...
Ground shipping on skates is about $12-13. We will try to get any additional items that you order packed in the same box for no extra charge.
Inside the U.S. this service usually arrives within 3-5 business days (weekends not included). Rural areas will take an additional 2 or 3 days.

|Note: Even though we will credit the full purchase price, you are responsible for the return shipping. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restock fee to those that would abuse this policy (we've only used it a couple times in over 250,000 orders!)

Don't you hate it when you buy something and then see the same item for less at another shop? Well we try to make sure that never happens but sometimes it get's a little crazy. To put your mind (and wallet) at ease we guarantee the lowest prices on all of our items.
