Reign does not provide a sizing chart. The sizing guide below is taken from Razors SL/Shift skates which use the Reign V3 liners inside. Which provides an accurate guide for foot measurement on this liner...

I’m enjoying these liners mostly. What I had a hard time getting used to was the shank in the tongue, it stabs me in the top of the foot. I got them for my clear Rollerblade Twisters, but the tongue prevents it from fitting in the front of my ankle & having the liner actually fit flush in the shell of the boot. Had to switch them to my Seba FR skates & they do fit in there better, but the low shank in the tongue still stabs the top of my foot. May actually try to trim part of it off, then sew the liner (tongue ) back together ??
