After 20+ I wanted to get myself a new pair of skates so I could keep up with my kids. I picked out a pair of Roces (a brand I have always wanted). After placing the order, I got a call from one of the team members at Roller Warehouse. He explained to me that the skates I picked out might not be the best option and he started to talk with me about other options that would be much better for me. Ordering online, I wasn't expecting to get that local skate shop feel from this company, I WAS WRONG, and I 100% did get that and appreciate it! Doesn't matter if you live down the street from these guys or across the country, they will talk to every single customer and make sure the customer is going to get what they need.
As for the the Roces 5th element skates them selves, I am beyond stoked to have a pair of Roces now and they feel great. I got a size 12 foot that a little wide and these skates fit perfect. Size is on point!!

Im flat footed size 13, bought this skate in size 12 and put in a size 14 valo liner, fits comfortably, i highly recommend for people with flat feet
