These are great skates. They are minimal, light weight, and the boot isn't crazy wide. If they fit your foot properly, the overall feel is very responsive with medium support/flex. The soul plate provides plenty of space without dragging in sharp turns, but it does take a little more precision than other skates. My only complaint with these is that the stock frames and wheels are pretty terrible (heavy, pretty much antirocker mandatory, not great urethane).

I have a slim, low volume foot that is pretty wide near the front, but they fit true to size for me (273mm foot length in a US 10 skate). If you have a larger volume foot, you might have fit issues. The 5th Element is a much larger volume boot option, but WAY heavier. The USD Aeon has a similar precision feel and fits slightly larger after the liner breaks in.
