Solid and sick, March 21, 2021 By J Skulls (Phoenix, AZ)
Picked these up in the "official 909 Sunday Brunch" setup. In a stock 90a, I expected to move on quickly. I skate street and outdoor parks (if you've ever been to Phoenix, you know those are rugged offerings). I anticipated lackluster speed and slippage. Instead, I've found that these held up well under constant use. Never slid down the bowl or a ramp, and have yet to crack after a good number of hard landings. No trouble maintaining or picking up speed, and I can maneuver well on the 1st and 4th. They're not my dream wheels, and the Phoenix asphalt won't grant them an especially long life, but they haven't let me down in my time with the 909s. All in all, if you want a solid 90a with art a little sicker than today's offerings I'd recommend giving these a ride.
