I didn't think there would be much protection, but once i did fall on my knees, it was like falling on pellows. The sizing instructions work extremely well. These pads fit well and stay on. Would buy again.

These pads are awesome for those that have to wear full pads wear required. Provide minimal protection while not sacrificing dexterity or mobility. Also machine washable to prevent getting funky!
