back - Reign V3 Liners - the original V3 liner construction but with a
slightly higher cut at the top of the achilles. Featuring a neoprene
toe cap for a personalized fit, form fitting tongue, rubber heel patch
to decrease heel lift, lycra inner-lining, tri-lacing, and a NEW and improved instep/tongue
strap.
Reign does not provide a sizing chart. The sizing guide below is taken
from Razors SL/Shift skates which use the Reign V3 liners inside. Which
provides an accurate guide for foot measurement on this liner...

I have USD Sway 11-12 and was having issues with the top of my foot feeling a huge pressure point. I normally wear size 11 shoes and got size 12 Reign V3 liners. Skates fit great now even with thicker socks on! Best upgrade I could've done!
