Shipping Policy
At Roller Warehouse, we know that when you order new skates, wheels, bearings or gear, you want it fast. We work hard to get in-stock orders packed and out the door as quickly as possible.
Calculate Your Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order, delivery address and available shipping method.
To see your shipping options and exact cost:
- Select the size and/or color of the item you want.
- Add the item to your shopping cart.
- Enter your State/Province and ZIP or Postal Code.
- Select from the available shipping carriers and services.
- Your available shipping options, estimated transit times and prices will be displayed at checkout.
Adding multiple items? Whenever possible, we'll pack your order together to help keep shipping costs down.
Same-Day Shipping
UPS Orders
Orders shipping by UPS that contain only in-stock merchandise and are placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will generally ship the same business day.
Custom Skate orders require additional assembly time and generally ship one business day later.
USPS Orders
Orders shipping by USPS that contain only in-stock merchandise and are placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will generally ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on major holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please keep in mind that unusually high order volume, payment verification, address verification or other circumstances may occasionally delay shipment.
Billing & Shipping Address Verification
Orders with a billing address that is different from the shipping address may require additional verification before shipment.
This helps us protect our customers against unauthorized purchases and fraud.
Canadian orders and other orders requiring address verification may also take additional time to process.

Shipping Within the Continental United States
Shipping times below are estimated business days after your order has shipped.
UPS Ground
Estimated Delivery: 2–5 Business Days
A great choice for most skate and larger gear orders.
UPS standard business-day delivery operates Monday through Friday.
UPS 3 Day Select
Estimated Delivery: 3 Business Days
Delivery is generally three business days after your order ships.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Estimated Delivery: 2 Business Days
Delivery is generally two business days after your order ships.
UPS Next Day Air Saver
Estimated Delivery: 1 Business Day
Delivery is generally the next business day after your order ships.
Weekend Reminder: Express shipping is based on business days. An order shipped late in the week may not arrive until the following Monday or business day.
For example, selecting Next Day Air does not automatically mean Saturday or Sunday delivery.
USPS Shipping
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 Business Days
Priority Mail can be a great, lower-cost option for smaller orders such as:
- Wheels
- Bearings
- Hardware
- Smaller skate parts and accessories
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses must generally be sent by USPS.
Delivery times to military addresses may vary.
USPS delivery service may operate Monday through Saturday depending on the destination and service.
USPS Ground Advantage / Available Economy Services
Lower-cost USPS services may be available for qualifying lightweight packages.
Available USPS services and pricing will be shown during checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii will be displayed during checkout.
Depending on the destination and package, available UPS services may include:
UPS Ground
Estimated Delivery: approximately 5 Business Days
UPS 2nd Day Air
Estimated Delivery: approximately 2 Business Days
Actual transit times can vary based on the delivery location.
Shipping to Canada
Yes — Roller Warehouse ships to Canada.
Canadian orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International and are transferred to Canada Post after entering Canada.
USPS Priority Mail International
Estimated Delivery: 6–10 Business Days
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
Canadian Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable:
- GST/HST
- Provincial taxes
- Customs duties
- Brokerage charges
- Import fees
- Other charges assessed by Canadian authorities
These fees are not controlled by Roller Warehouse and are not included in our shipping charge unless specifically indicated during checkout.
Roller Warehouse cannot estimate or guarantee the amount of customs duties or taxes that may be charged.
International Shipping Outside the U.S. & Canada
At this time, Roller Warehouse does not accept international orders outside the United States and Canada.
We've shipped skates around the world over the years, but international delivery reliability has become too unpredictable. Because too many packages have failed to reach their destinations, we've made the decision to limit international shipping to Canada.
We know that isn't ideal for our international skaters, and we appreciate your understanding.
Backordered Items
If your order contains a backordered item, the order may not ship until that merchandise arrives.
An ETA — Estimated Time of Arrival — may be shown on the product page for backordered merchandise. ETAs are estimates provided based on expected incoming shipments and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
If you're unsure whether an item is available or want to know how a backorder will affect your shipment, give us a call before ordering.
Custom Skate Orders
Building custom skates takes a little extra time.
Custom Skate orders generally require one additional business day for assembly before shipment.
It's worth the extra day — we're actually building your setup here rather than pulling a preassembled skate off a shelf.
Delivery Times Are Estimates
We do everything we can to get your order out quickly, but once a package has been handed to the carrier, transit and delivery are outside Roller Warehouse's direct control.
Carrier delays may occur because of:
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Rural delivery locations
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Carrier service interruptions
A delay somewhere else in the country can sometimes affect your shipment even when the weather is perfect where you live.
Expedited shipping speeds up the carrier's transit time after shipment. It does not necessarily speed up order processing, address verification, custom skate assembly or backordered merchandise.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow the carrier time to scan and activate the tracking number after your shipping confirmation is sent.
You can also check your order status through your Roller Warehouse account.
