Welcome to Roller Warehouse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roller Warehouse website, online store and related services (collectively, the "Site").

The Site is operated by Roller Warehouse, Inc. Throughout these Terms, "Roller Warehouse," "RW," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Roller Warehouse, Inc.

By visiting our Site, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About Roller Warehouse

Roller Warehouse has been serving the skating community since 1994. We sell aggressive inline skates, recreational and fitness skates, roller skates, wheels, bearings, frames, protective gear, skate parts, apparel and related products.

We do our best to provide accurate information, real customer service and expert skate advice. However, your use of the Site and purchase of products are subject to the terms described below.

2. Online Store Terms

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our products, services or Site in connection with any unlawful activity, nor may you attempt to interfere with the Site, its security, its operation or another customer's use of the Site.

You may not transmit viruses, malicious code or other technology intended to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts or restrict access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect Roller Warehouse, our customers or our services.

3. Product Information

We work hard to make product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizing information and prices as accurate as possible.

However, colors and product appearance can vary depending on photography, lighting and your device or display. Manufacturers may also make changes to product specifications, packaging or components without notice.

If you have questions about sizing, compatibility or whether a particular skate part will work with your setup, contact us before ordering. Our staff includes experienced skaters and we'll do our best to help you get the right product.

4. Product Availability and Backorders

Inventory is subject to availability.

An item identified as a backorder is not currently in stock but is expected to become available again. If an estimated arrival date or ETA is provided, it is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Manufacturer delays, transportation issues and other circumstances outside our control may change estimated arrival dates.

An item identified as discontinued is no longer expected to be available from us in that particular model, size, color or configuration and generally cannot be ordered.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel an order if merchandise becomes unavailable.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change without notice.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing. If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price or contains a material pricing error, Roller Warehouse reserves the right to correct the error and, when necessary, cancel or modify an affected order before fulfillment. If you've already been charged for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amount associated with your order.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales, use or other taxes will be calculated and collected when required by law.

Any applicable tax charges will generally be displayed during checkout.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country or its authorities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Payment authorization problems
• Shipping restrictions
• Errors affecting the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available.

We work hard to get orders out quickly, and in-stock orders are generally processed as quickly as possible during normal business days.

Any shipping or delivery date provided by Roller Warehouse or a shipping carrier is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Delivery times can be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, rural destinations, transportation disruptions and other circumstances outside Roller Warehouse's control.

Available shipping destinations and services may change. The shipping options presented during checkout at the time an order is placed determine the services currently available for that order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Purchases are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In general, eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date provided it remains unused and in 100% brand-new, resalable condition and a Return Authorization has been obtained.

Skates that have been rolled in, clothing that has been washed or worn, bearings that have been installed, frames that have been mounted and other products showing evidence of use may not be returned as new.

10. Skate Sizing and Product Compatibility

Skate sizing can vary considerably between brands, models and individual feet. Recommendations made by Roller Warehouse employees, sizing charts or information on the Site are intended to help customers make an informed decision but cannot guarantee a particular fit.

Likewise, skate parts and hardware are not universally compatible.

If you are unsure about sizing or whether a wheel, bearing, frame, liner, boot or other component will work with your setup, contact us before using or installing the product.

Returned merchandise must meet the conditions described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

11. Skating and Assumption of Risk

Inline skating, aggressive skating, roller skating and related activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions and serious physical injury.

Always skate within your ability, follow applicable laws and rules, inspect your equipment before use and wear appropriate protective equipment.

Skaters are responsible for determining whether their equipment is properly assembled, maintained and suitable for their intended use.

Before skating, check that components such as axles, frame bolts, cuff hardware, soul-plate hardware, wheels and other fasteners are secure.

Roller Warehouse's product information or advice is not a substitute for good judgment, proper instruction or appropriate safety precautions.

12. Manufacturer Warranties

Products sold by Roller Warehouse may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranties, when available, are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, exclusions and procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content — including the Roller Warehouse name, logos, graphics, photographs, text, design elements and other original material — are owned by or licensed to Roller Warehouse and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit Roller Warehouse content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Product names, trademarks and logos belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Reviews, Comments and Other Customer Content

If you submit a product review, question, comment, photograph or other content to Roller Warehouse, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

You agree not to submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or infringing content.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication on the Site, you grant Roller Warehouse permission to use, reproduce, display and publish that content in connection with our business and promotion of our products and services, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove customer-submitted content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably determine is inappropriate for the Site.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment providers, manufacturers, social networks or other resources that Roller Warehouse does not control.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

16. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may also be processed by third-party payment providers according to their respective privacy policies and terms.

17. Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, information on the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, availability or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

Products sold through the Site may be subject to warranties provided by their manufacturers and to rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roller Warehouse, Inc. and its owners, employees, representatives and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase or use of products sold through the Site.

Roller Warehouse is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, improper installation, failure to maintain equipment, skating beyond a user's ability or failure to follow appropriate safety precautions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Roller Warehouse, Inc., its affiliates, employees and representatives harmless from claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

22. No Waiver

If Roller Warehouse does not enforce a provision of these Terms in a particular instance, that does not mean we permanently waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, Site or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
